Cheri Felix

Cheri Felix moved to Boulder 28 years ago with no plans to do more than get her college degree, spend a lot of time at the gym and to drink a lot of coffee. In 1994, planning to leave Boulder forever, she sold everything she owned and bought a one-way ticket to Egypt. She spent two years daring to cross the streets with millions of people and cars and learning Arabic. Fortunately, she returned to Boulder to learn how to set up a camp stove, ride a mountain bike, move crash pads at climbing crags and to start a family. She’s a life coach, a high school mountain bike coach and mother to three children. Her ideal life includes long road trips with family, podcasts, bikes, coffee, trail running and planning adventures with her husband. And although she loves to leave Boulder for vacation, she always comes back for good.
